I'm afraid I have something else to report.
It's about Ms. ****'s Model UN class.
Today there was a PowerPoint by ****' dad.
It said that the KKK and the Nazi party are exercising their freedom of speech by using swastikas etc.
It also said that the women's marches, by excluding pro life women, "are tearing our country apart." (His actual words in quotation marks.)
They were all made to clap at the end.
What are we going to do about this?
I'm considering reporting it to the Houston Chronicle.

Would any of the HC readers even understand why this is abhorrent? One hopes so and yet too often cliches are all that are communicable
I would personally try satire and send an outraged letter saying that the parents of the schoolchildren in question had been scandalized by a class where insufficient swastikas were deployed, no anti-life OB GYNs were actually put to death for abortion crimes in front of the class, no Imperial Pheasants of the KKK were invited to offer hugs and cookies, and the children were not made to present in traditional American prairie costumes which include guns and big hats for the boys and hair bonnets for the girls as a filial demonstration of modesty prior to being betrothed to polygamous prophets of the American plains and deserts. Where, one might demand is, primary education headed in this country? Demand change!
Oh my god. Speechless. Hate speech is not free speech, just as someone bullying another is not free speech, just as someone spitting on another in public isn't fucking ok either.
The victim status of an embryo is also insane. This shitty model UN presentation could've focused on ANY issue ... including maternal mortality rates IN THE US, WHICH ARE HIGH!!!!!
