“Was not their mistake once more bred of the life of slavery that they had been living?—a life which was always looking upon everything, except mankind, animate and inanimate—‘nature,’ as people used to call it—as one thing, and mankind as another, it was natural to people thinking in this way, that they should try to make ‘nature’ their slave, since they thought ‘nature’ was something outside them” — William Morris

"Feel the Power of My Fusion Lick!"

Why have just one awesome guitarist when you can have two, going crazy on the same track?

Namely, not only Frank Gambale, but also my favorite Allan Holdsworth, introverted number one guitarist of Earth.

This album, very rare, is my new obsession.

Gambale is so insane (especially his awesome looney tunes attire with leather pants and Ibanez signature S series days - his sweeps are amazing)... _almost_ as insane as Holdsworth.

favorite Holdsworthian lines:

tube, digital, solid state? "lots of tube amps sound bad. but whichever sounds good." (non-gear snob)

do you have any warm up exercises? "no"
