Well, I know nothing about Syriza other than the tiny little blurbs in DN!'s headlines today, including whether or not any of the party members have so much as heard the name of JM Keynes. What else have you heard?
I'm pretty pleased and I might not be familiar with the English connotations of 'radical' but (Συνασπισμός) Ριζοσπαστικής (Αριστεράς) translates quite literally to it.
