Softening the impact of capitalism for more people. Softness.
Why not, for the sake of the beloved objectivity, an adjective to describe the Tory policies, discredited by at least three Nobel prize winning economists, not that anyone is listening?

ReplyDeleteCorbyn (if nomen est omen, doesn't his mean a 'sacrifice' of some sort? Let's do that.) can gain a majority and become PM or even push policy leftward that is all well and good but I see only imminent ecological crisis in much the way millennial doomsayers predict destruction of the earth. My only issue with Corbyn is that he will continue to prioritize human social concerns and not extend same to an immediate environmental response. Hence, no banning airplanes and autos, heating in winter will continue, the Royal Navy will not be re purposed to sailing ships of yore equipped with chum scrappers to collect plastic bags, etc. Anything is better for the hybrid environment than Cam but by how much?
