Cutting

Cutting can be just as good as writing. I have now cut about 4000 words off of this essay and it's looking a lot better. Time for a short break.

The thing about cutting is, you start chipping away, and all of a sudden, you find yourself in the cutting zone and removing huge chunks of text becomes joy.
