I'm in Paddington (uncanny already for a Londoner) but I could swear this place looks like Wimbledon Village, with strange birds and trees...somehow superimposed with Venice, all those intricate balconies...I've got that objects in mirror are closer than they appear vibe again.
I notice that when we are in a moving car, it gets quite difficult to differentiate the real distance between us and the objects behind. I prefer to get a mirror that does not do this to prevent myself from making a wrong judgment. This is really important especially when you are on the road which requires you to have a quick reaction time.
