Crowd Control


I like San Francisco Airport. I don't usually like airports. But I do like this one—actually I really like it. I always look forward to transiting here. It's been designed carefully, you can see that. Someone thought about the not too foreboding signage. Someone really thought about the interconnected hubs. They dilute the flow of traffic and provide true way stations for you to orient yourself, as well as bringing the gates closer together. The absolute contrast for me would be Dulles or Chicago. I almost like Denver. But the libertarians who set up the wifi should never be allowed to mess with public space again.
