Meillassoux, Sheldrake and Recent Cosmology

It seems the smart money is now on "laws" of physics varying from place to place and evolving. More soon, bur this should make Quentin Meillassoux happy, not to mention Rupert Sheldrake and (slap head for not remembering) Whitehead.
