A movie by Andrew Huang. What do you think? It is an irony of a physical medium such as film that many objects must be used to convey a belief that there are no objects at all.
Yes I agree, that IS the irony of film - there are 'things' that are depicted. But then there are material approaches to this medium too, and these can operate quite differently, interacting with you, your eyes, your body. Just as a Bridget Riley painting does.
Really strange. Beautiful. I imagine Bjork chortling at the dildo-fish. Also reminds one heavily of "Paprika" or "Akira." Brilliant.
