Mingyur Rinpoche Meditation Instruction

He's my teacher's brother and he just taught at Google. Those of you who've received Dzogchen teachings will get a kick out of this...

Rinpoche was the guy who finally convinced many neuroscientists that neuroplasticity was real. His EEG levels spiked up to 800% higher than normal in his prefrontal cortex when asked to rest in the nature of mind.
