Yikes, this is not a good feeling. A book is no longer under my control. I think it's quite a good one. We shall see. People who've read it so far give it the thumbs up. In particular, this might be my most readable one. Thanks so much to all of you who suggested things, talked with me here and on Twitter, and so on.
